Sandra has lived in the Valley of the Sun for 10 years. Prior to that she lived in the Bay Area of Northern Ca. As a native of Ireland, she came to the United States as part of the start-up team when Intel set up a semiconductor manufacturing plant in Ireland. Sandra has recently joined the Guillen Home team at eXp having worked as a real estate agent for 5 years. Sandra has built her business on creating strong relationships with her clients and puts meeting their needs ahead of anything. She demonstrates unwavering honesty and integrity in all her business dealings. She brings a strong skillset including highly developed negotiating skills, inter-personal skills and excellent communication. Her strong business and sales background is a great asset to her clients in getting successful outcomes whether for seller or buyer.
Prior to her realtor career Sandra held senior leadership positions in Fortune 100 companies and in technology start-ups in Human Resources and Talent Management, for 25+ years in total. As part of that she was a senior director of Global Sales Enablement at SAP/Success factors. She also spent 3 years as a leader of HR SaaS field sales in the West region.

Sandra was the Director of Global Talent Management and Acquisition at Global Foundries. Prior to that Sandra was the Senior Director of Global Learning and Organizational Development at Vmware. Sandra spent 16 years at Intel in progressive leadership positions within Training and Organizational Development, at Intel’s California Technology facility. She also worked at Cisco as the Senior Manager for Learning and Development for the Supply Chain Division.

Sandra holds a Masters degree in Organizational Development and Human Resources Management from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelors of Science degree in Natural Sciences from Trinity College, Dublin in Ireland. Sandra has been involved in youth and children’s non-profit work for many years in the US and in Ireland. She chairs the board of directors of a non-profit organization that allows disadvantaged children and young adults to be part of a touring performing arts group. Sandra is an avid photographer and likes to cook and travel in her spare time. She is married to Michael and has two twin sons, Geoffrey and Ian.
